Businesses must meet the following AHP requirements in order to participate in the BRS Association Health Plans:
- Must be a Vermont business, with principal place of business in Vermont
- BRS Membership
- Proof of Workers Compensation Coverage
- Willingness to participate in wellness program
- Be a small group (up to 100 Full-Time Employees (or equivalents), per State definition of small group)
- Broker of Record for each employer group
- BCBSVT Enrollment Application
- 1st month of premium
- Most recent Dept. of Labor Quarterly Wage and Contribution Report
